Boost Learning founder and owner Eric Randolph is a licensed school psychologist in Delaware and New Jersey.  He has over 20 years of experience providing school-based psycho-educational evaluations and comprehensive special education services to students and staff.  

He served as a school board member in one of Delaware's largest school districts and was the president of the Meadowood Program PTA providing additional support to moderate/severely disabled students.  

Eric is also the parent of a special needs child and is an active and effective advocate for all special education students, parents and teachers.  He applies this passion for educational excellence into Boost Learning to help others develop effective special education programs with highly qualified support staff.
